Quote requests submitted via our forms are non-binding estimates. Final pricing, timelines, and terms will be confirmed in a formal agreement. Services are subject to site inspections and availability. We strive for high-quality work but cannot guarantee outcomes due to unforeseen site conditions.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are due as specified in project agreements. We accept UGX via bank transfer or other methods outlined. Refunds may be available for canceled projects per our cancellation policy (contact us for details). Late payments may incur fees.

Intellectual Property

Our site content, logos, and materials are owned by Greensites Engineering or licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission. We retain rights to project designs and documentation.

Limitations of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Disputes will be resolved in Wakiso District courts.
